Our auctions are held on our Facebook Page every Monday night at 8PM, Wednesdays at 3PM, and Sundays at 1PM EST. We will always try to post if there will not be an auction that evening. Occasionally we hold surprise weekend sales and pre-orders as well. Be sure to subscribe to our Facebook Page so you’ll be notified of any surprise auctions!
Yes, the price is set and will be listed when the item is posted for preview. Items are sold in a fixed price auction format on Facebook. Orders are honored on a first come, first serve basis, depending on availability.

Sure will. We preview all items so that you can decided if you’d like to stick around for the auction.
All items are “one of a Kind” and every item is different.
We will post a list of winners after each auction on our Facebook Page. You will also receive an e-mail with your private link confirming your win. From there you will be redirected to your invoice.
It’s tempting to try to count posts to see if you won an item, but not all bids show due to some bidders’ privacy settings. You may not be able to see all posts that we, as admins, can see.
We will send you a e-mail containing a link which will redirect you to your PayPal invoice for the item(s) you won. You may check out through PayPal or use a credit/debit card of your choice. Invoices are payable within 24 hours of the invoice, or your item may be sold to another buyer.
If you do not receive an e-mail directing you to your invoice within 24 hours of the auction’s completion, please email us at info@craftsrus.ca. Please refrain from posting on the Facebook wall with customer service needs. These posts are easily missed and we want to address your concern immediately. Customer service is our #1 priority!

Most items will ship within 1-2 days of receipt of your payment. Pre-orders will be individually posted.
All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
